THE VISIONARIES
Meet the team
Dr. Ronen Shapira
The VisionaryInventor of the multicultural piano. Dr. Shapira spent decades studying the Maqamat, Ragas, and Gamelan rhythms that Western instruments ignored. His research proved that the "universal" 12-tone system was actually a cage—one he dedicated his life to breaking.

Eran Shapira
The ArchitectThe engineer behind the engine. Seeing the mathematical limitations of traditional synthesis, Eran built the digital infrastructure that allowed Ronen's vision to exist. He fractured the rigid grid of modern software to create a platform where every frequency is possible.
"WE ARE NOT JUST BUILDING SOFTWARE. WE ARE RECLAIMING THE LOST FREQUENCIES OF THE HUMAN SOUL."

THE SECRET
PIANO BOOK
Discover the magical story behind the multicultural piano. An interactive journey for children and dreamers of all ages, exploring how music connects us across borders and traditions.
FROM AMIR TO THE WORLD.
MaqAmir is more than a company; it is a promise. We discovered a fundamental flaw in modern music software that was erasing centuries of cultural expression. Here is how we fixed it.

THE WORLD'S FIRST
MICROTONAL
PIANO ADAPTERS
For centuries, the piano has been locked to 12 equal tones. Our precision-machined clip-on adapters break that lock — transforming any acoustic grand or upright into a multicultural instrument capable of Maqam, Raga, Makam, and beyond.
No drilling. No gluing. No permanent modification. Remove them and your piano is exactly as it was. Handcrafted by Dr. Ronen Shapira, these adapters represent the acoustic counterpart to the MaqAmir digital ecosystem — the physical bridge between Western engineering and Eastern soul.
