If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our Designated Agent that includes:

Repeat Infringer Policy — § 512(i)(1)(A)

MaqAmir has adopted and reasonably implemented a policy that provides for the termination, in appropriate circumstances, of subscribers and account holders who are repeat infringers. We track properly-formatted notices on a per-account basis; accounts found to be the subject of multiple substantiated infringement notices may be terminated without further notice.

Trademark Concerns

MaqAmir uses GENERIC descriptive language for all user-facing instrument and preset names. Where third-party model numbers, software names, or company names appear in source-code comments or developer-only documentation, such references are limited to nominative fair use for the purpose of honestly identifying the origin of public-domain or CC-licensed sample sets.

MaqAmir is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party manufacturer or software brand. If you believe a specific use exceeds nominative fair use, email legal@maqamir.app with the URL, the trademark at issue, your contact information, and the basis for your concern. We respond to substantiated reports within 10 business days.

Misrepresentation — § 512(f)

Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, shall be liable for any damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, incurred by the alleged infringer, by any copyright owner or copyright owner's authorized licensee, or by a service provider, who is injured by such misrepresentation. Please consider whether your concern qualifies as fair use before filing.
